Elara's mission was founded by Nick Triggs after working on large-scale Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, and Business Central projects in Japan: to prioritize real-world outcomes when creating data solutions for companies.

Today, there is a massive gap in the consulting industry. It is between what your company expects as an outcome and what a consulting company promises to deliver. Projects too often shift towards extended billable hours rather than achieving tangible results for clients. Sure, this benefits the consulting partner, but it leaves the customer wondering where their time, and most importantly, their money went while achieving none of the results they wanted.
